SWIS Suite Rostering

The SWIS Suite is a reliable, confidential, web-based information system to collect, summarize, and use student behavior data for decision making. Research tells us educators can make more effective and efficient decisions when they have the right data in the right form at the right time. SWIS provides school personnel with the information they need to be successful decision makers.

Integration Steps:

The SWIS Rostering integration is currently available to all Michigan districts.  The process uses the DataLink process, which delivers CSV files to SWIS in an automated fashion. 

  • In order to start the process, request permission to access the DataLink Agency Profile. 
    • Please include District name and the name and email of your SWIS Facilitator.
    • Any Integration notes
    • Include Identification Code you want to use for Students
  • Once the form is completed, please send email to support@midatahub.org for processing

SWIS Rostering

  1. Description:  The rostering integration for SWIS sends student and staff roster data to SWIS on a nightly basis for processing via the SWIS DataLink process.
