The “Snack-Pack” student record service, by CEPI and facilitated through Michigan DataHub, offers a vital resource for efficiently onboarding newly enrolled students to your district.  This feature provides a concise yet critical set of student data, sourced from the most recent records submitted to the State (MSDS) by their previous educational institution.  With access to this data, educational staff gain actionable insights into the potential services students may be eligible for upon enrollment, ensuring full student support from the outset.

The prompt delivery of this information is crucial because delays in accessing such data could span weeks or even months, potentially impeding the timely provision of entitled services to students.  It’s important to note that the Snack-Pack service is exclusively intended for newly enrolled students.
