MiServiceDesk. This partnership with Oakland Schools will allow timely support for all MiRead and MiStrategyBank users. You will now be able to use MiServiceDesk.com as a starting point to create support requests/tickets.

Requirements:

  • SIS: Skyward, Powerschool, MiStar, Synergy, Infinite Campus
  • Assessment: NWEA, Acadience, STAR, iReady, more to come

Implementation Notes:  

  • Complete the MiRead Application
  • Ensure all staff has PIC data
  • Ensure all students have UIC data
  • Ensure SIS is up to date
  • Use the MiRead Export Set in Custom Reports to check data
