Acadience Data Management

Acadience Data Management is a data reporting service developed by the authors of Acadience Reading (formerly called DIBELS Next). Acadience Data Management provides reporting for our family of assessments, including Acadience Reading K-6, Acadience Reading Pre-K (PELI), Acadience Reading 7-9, and Acadience Math.

See below for a step by step process for exporting results out of Acadience (included in manual above):

To export Benchmark Scores file:
    • Go to Export Data on the left hand navigation and then choose Export Benchmark Scores.  (this does NOT provide progress monitoring scores, which need to be exported separately)
     • Scope:  District
     • Set the start and stop year to be the current year to export (if asked)
     • Grade:  All Grades
     • Assessment Period:  All Periods
     • File Type:  Comma Separated Values
     • Check all check boxes
     • Click submit, select the “Download exported file here” Link to download the .csv of progress monitoring data
     • Compress the files as a Zip and upload for processing.

To export a Progress Monitoring scores file:
     • Go to Export Data on the left hand navigation and then choose Export Progress Monitoring Scores.
     • Scope:  District
     • Set the start and stop year to be the current year to export (if asked)
     • Grade:  All Grades
     • File Type:  Comma Separated Values
     • Choose: One row per test score
     • Click submit, select the “Download exported file here” Link to download the .csv of progress monitoring data
     • Compress the files as a Zip and upload for processing.
