Community School Manager is an application for school counselors and other approved staff to track student interactions with school counselors. Case Notes, Mental Health Referrals, Social Services, Interventions, Homeless Periods, Small Group activity, Plans of Care and Expenditures Provided to students are tracked in the system. Student demographic data comes from the SIS via the MiDataHub connection.
